We've got you covered
Every Lavunett product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something's wrong, email contact@agence-smile.fr and we'll help you find a solution.
If a product is defective, we'll replace it for free. If that model is no longer available, we'll exchange it for something similar or give you a refund.
What's not covered
- Damage caused deliberately or through neglect
- Improper or careless use
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from cleaning without following our care guide
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in the EU.
