Orders & shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Every order is free from €55. Below that, standard shipping in France is €10 (3–5 business days); across the rest of Europe (all EU countries, the UK and Switzerland) it's €15 (5–8 business days). Express is €25 everywhere. See Shipping & Returns for details.

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Europe — all EU countries, the UK and Switzerland. If your country isn't listed at checkout, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Returns & warranty

Can I return my glasses?

Yes. You can return them within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. See Shipping & Returns for how to start a return.

What if my glasses break?

All Lavunett products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for details.

Our glasses

Do your sunglasses protect against UV?

Yes. Our sunglasses have polarised lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. They're also anti-reflective and scratch-resistant.

What are blue light glasses?

Most of us spend more than twelve hours a day in front of screens. Our blue light glasses have anti-glare lenses that filter blue light, making long screen days easier on your eyes.

What are the frames made of?

Depending on the model, our frames are made from premium acetate, metal or pure titanium, which is ultra-lightweight and hypoallergenic. Every frame carries the Lavunett logo insignia at the temple tip.

How do I care for my glasses?

Clean the lenses with the microfibre cloth and a little lens spray or lukewarm water. Avoid paper towels, household cleaners and leaving your glasses in a hot car. Store them in their case when you're not wearing them.
