Design

Every pair of Lavunett glasses is designed in-house.

Materials

From custom-designed cellulose acetate sourced from Italy to ultra-lightweight titanium, we use only premium materials. Organic pigments are mixed into acetate chips, which are pressed together in a mould and fused into a solid block over 24 hours.

Production

A CNC machine cuts each frame front from the raw acetate sheet. The frames are then hand-buffed several times on a polishing wheel for a glossy finish, carefully assembled and sent through a series of quality checks.

Lenses

Our lenses are treated with anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings and block 100% of UVA and UVB rays. They are precisely milled to shape and mounted into the frame.

Final checks

Each pair is individually inspected and aligned before it's packed and sent to you.
