We ship to mainland France and across Europe (European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland). Exact options, costs and timeframes are shown at checkout, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of €55 or more.
- Below that amount, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
- An express option may be offered depending on the destination.
Indicative timeframes
- France: approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. A dispatch confirmation email, with tracking where available, is sent to you. Timeframes are indicative and may vary during busy periods.
Tracking and receipt
Risk transfers upon delivery of the parcel. If a parcel is damaged or there is a problem on receipt, contact us at hello@lavunett.com.
