Article 1 — Purpose

These general terms of sale (the "Terms") govern, without restriction or reservation, all sales concluded remotely via www.lavunett.com between the seller and any consumer customer (the "Customer"). Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Seller

Products are sold by AGENCE SMILE, a SARL with share capital of €100, registered office at 8 rue Georges Klein, 67600 Sélestat, France, registered with the Colmar Trade and Companies Register under number 915 160 592, intra-community VAT FR93 915 160 592, operating the "Lavunett" brand (the "Seller"). Article 3 — Products

The Seller offers sunglasses and blue-light-filtering comfort glasses with non-corrective lenses. The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but shall not engage the Seller's liability for minor variations. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), the applicable VAT being that in force on the order date. Each frame is priced at €49. The "buy one, get one free" offer applies automatically to the cart: when two eligible frames are ordered, the cheaper one is free. Any shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed and are added to the product price. The Seller may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is placed.

Article 5 — Orders

The Customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides their details, reads and accepts these Terms, then confirms the order ("order with obligation to pay"). The sale is final once the order is confirmed by email. The Seller archives orders in accordance with applicable law.

Article 6 — Payment

The price is payable in full at the time of order, by the means offered at checkout, through a secure payment solution. Orders are processed only after payment has been received.

Article 7 — Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, in France and in Europe. Indicative costs and timeframes are shown at checkout and in the Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving reasons. The procedure is set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Products must be returned new, complete and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of recovering the products or receiving proof of their dispatch.

Article 9 — Legal guarantees

Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), free of charge, for two (2) years from delivery.

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for misuse of the product or use contrary to its intended purpose. Sunglasses are intended for protection against sunlight and are not corrective medical devices.

Article 11 — Personal data

The Customer's data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 12 — Disputes and mediation

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge (see Legal notice) or the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
