You have fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to return it, without giving reasons, in accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Notify us of your decision by email at hello@lavunett.com before the 14-day deadline, stating your name and order number. You may use the model form below. We will then send you the return instructions.

Returning the products

Products must be sent back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal — new, complete, unworn and in their original packaging and case — to: AGENCE SMILE — Lavunett, 8 rue Georges Klein, 67600 Sélestat, France. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for a defective or non-conforming product.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after recovering the products or receiving proof of their dispatch. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, at no cost. Where applicable, the value of items given free as part of a promotional offer is deducted if the full offer is not returned.

Defective products

If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us at hello@lavunett.com: return costs and replacement or refund are then at our expense, under the legal guarantees.
