<p>We ship from France to every country in the European Union and worldwide. Exact options, costs and timeframes are shown at checkout, depending on the destination.</p>
<h3>Shipping costs</h3>

<li>European Union (all 27 countries, including France): free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum.</li>
<li>Rest of the world (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye): flat €10 standard shipping on every order.</li>
<li>Express shipping in the European Union: €25 (approximately 1 to 2 business days).</li>

<h3>Indicative timeframes</h3>
<ul>
<li>European Union (standard): approximately 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.</li>
<li>Rest of the world: approximately 5 to 15 business days after dispatch (Standard delivery).</li>
</ul>
<p>Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. A dispatch confirmation email, with tracking where available, is sent to you. Timeframes are indicative and may vary during busy periods.</p>
<h3>Import duties and taxes</h3>
<p>Orders delivered outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Türkiye and every other non-EU country) may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs, are not collected at checkout, and are paid by the recipient on delivery.</p>
<h3>Tracking and receipt</h3>
<p>Risk transfers upon delivery of the parcel. If a parcel is damaged or there is a problem on receipt, contact us at hello@lavunett.com.</p>
